The only way to end this war is perseverance, determination and massive arms deliveries to Ukraine. All the rest only prolongs the suffering.

Spent the afternoon in Drohobych prison, in “our” mental health department, with a special art therapy session by our guest Audrey Desrosiers from Quebec. The department has a new roof, thanks to the insurance company Collonade. Planning for future activities!

Today we start a new and exciting project - training two dozen Ukrainian artists in becoming art therapists to work with military and veterans. A project financed by the Czech Ministry of Chlture and implemented with our long-standing partner, the Czech National Institute for Mental Health

Back in Lviv one of my first steps is to the Garrison Church where a wall of photos of killed defenders of Ukraine reminds the visitors of the horrors of Russia’s war of destruction. Only silence and a deep feeling of grief and respect remains

In the waiting room for military at the central Kyiv train station our book “Shady Places” is now available for military - so they can read and prepare for when they return home from the front…

Today, while Kriviyy Rih is mourning the death of yet another nine child victims of Putin’s bombs, we met the authors of the book “Shady Places” which we published in Ukrainian last year and of which already the second print run is finding its way to readers in Ukraine. Wonderful people!

Yesterday eighteen people including nine children were killed in a deliberate attack on a playground with a ballistic missile. Putin. Mass murderer and war criminal.
Who recently said he was a great guy? Some American buffoon? 😡😡😡

This is not a secretive meeting plotting to overthrow the abusive reign of King Donald, but a board meeting of GIP-Benelux to discuss a strategy to operate effectively within the structure of the Federation Global Initiative on Psychiatry and meet the challenges of this world in turmoil

How can NATO be convinced that the US is “fully committed” to the alliance when the President is an erratic lunatic followed by a bunch of clowns?!
It seems that reality takes time to sink in. But is about time, really. No wishful thinking. Our freedom is at stake!

Reconstruction work at our new prison mental health unit in the correctional facility in Drohobych is progressing. We are now replacing the entire roof to end the struggle with leakage, which was particularly a problem in the kitchen area and the day activity center.
