Has every political presenter forgotten the 2019 European parliament election. Or the 2015 general election? Or the 2022/23/24 local elections

Fragmentation IS NOT new. Disillusionment with the 'big two' parties IS NOT new

The UK exports £360bn of goods to the EU, on which we now struggle with big non tariff barriers, compared to £60bn to the US. Imagine looking at this sh1tshow and thinking it vindicates Brexit in any way.

"something that doesn't work yet and requires massive capital expenditure and regulatory work, and has a perfectly decent competitor in the form of PEOPLE DRIVING THEMSELVES is going to generate revenue equal to ten times what WALMART brings in every year, go on invest with me..."

I'm out.
Cathy Wood on the Odd Lots podcast says that robotaxis, using AI, will drive $8-10tn of revenue in next 5-10 years.

That seems an utterly insane number. 25 times the budget of the NHS. A quarter of US GDP*. Surely mad? Maybe cumulative? Still mad

*albeit revenue and product are not the same.

Exciting to watch Elon Musk pivot so elegantly from making his cars toxic to the demographic most likely to consider one, to making his Starlink a national security risk for all the governments who might have wanted it.

I keep reading that Zelensky shouldn't have risen to the bait.

The man is human. He's seen tens of thousands of Ukrainians murdered, their cities blown apart & their children stolen.

He was sitting by a man who's looting his country's minerals & praising Putin.

And for 40 minutes, he held it in.
