What pisses me off even more about shit like this is that nothing in this "commercial" is un-filmable by hiring an actual production crew and actual actors. Like, there's no possible defense, McDonald's just wanted to avoid giving dozens of people a job and instead burn a bunch of power.

hey a fun thing is that if congress is delegating authority to an independent agency then by definition that agency is not "unaccountable." it is still accountable to congress. and it is interesting (read: extremely frustrating) to me that these people just write congress out of existence here.

Breaking: Trump's EOs are firstly NOT LAWS. Also Executive Orders are for the Executive branch of the FEDERAL government. He can't limit the regulative ability of states if they choose to do so of their own volition. I know he will try, and courts may let him, but it's just blatantly not a thing.
