As I've said many times, it's almost a miracle they could make this design work, specially considering the casting technology they had back then (it's been 35 years!). But it works, it's menacing and cute at the same time.

The original design works for me due to the uncanny balance between the oversized pads and limbs, and the somewhat slender frame. Somehow, it works! The remake is just too bulky and huge, looks like a child's toy to me.

Printed it at 90% size to fit well with my retro-looking Beaky Bastards and... may have shrunk it a bit too much! 😂 Very happy with the model nonetheless.

Always been in love with this "archaic" terminator armour design, pure #oldhammer vibes from the #roguetrader era. Yet I was quite underwhelmed by the official "remake". Luckily, STLs come to the rescue!

Cracking indeed. I also believe that, beyond good design, they've got the paintjob and overall aesthetic quite right: the models have a cool vintage vibe, but still look like "modern" minis. And it's a bliss, because other space dwarfs in past years have been quite underwhelming (hey there Mantic!)

In 1991, White Dwarf published a set of plans for making your own ork vehicles from card. To celebrate Orktober, I made a Bonecruncha (with variant turret). I'm quite pleased with it!

This is awesome, and I'm afraid the word "proxy" does it a bit of disservice. Unless you intend to play on some sort of officially sanctioned competition/event, that looks like a perfect Great Bull alternative to me, and I'd die on this hill!

Diría que estas cosas van mucho en función de contexto y entorno social. Por ejemplo, Manolo nunca lo he oído en referencia a una mujer poco "femenina" (sí los clásicos "marimacho" y cosas así, claro).
