Probably but the real reason is because Trump has lost his mind.
He was always ignorant and a narcissist but his power has rotted his old aged brain completely.

Also, it's not just blue states that gave out CDLs.
Mega carriers want cheap labor.
Companies want to pay cheap freight.
While these guys are unsafe on the roads, start at the top first.

The trucks are towed and typically the carrier puts a driver in and the load gets delivered.
Per DOT rules, if the driver can't speak, read English, they are put out of service. That means they can't drive, they are not arrested.
Only believe half this story.
Truckers want these guys off the road.

We have nothing against a foreign driver out there IF they can read and speak English.
Drivers from India especially are horrible. They cheat the system too.
It is dangerous hauling 80k. Know the road, communication is vital.

I find it odd that no local newspaper, TV stations report murders or rapes or drug crimes current and unsolved.
Are local police hiding these crimes? Are local police inept? Are there no crimes to begin with and this is just ethnic cleansing?
