Well, this surely seems like it would eliminate the whole point of having EPA in the first place. That said, I guess that is the ultimate goal anyway.

As much it amuses me that Elon spent $25M on a failed election influence effort, it also saddens me that he could repeat that mistake every single day and it would still take 37+ years to lose all his money.
