i dont want to do one-offs anymore. i want more bands. even if its a one-off we should rehearse for it, or at minimum talk about our values/share a meal. just cause the music is improvised, doesnt mean apathy is cool. let things take time. bands used to drop an album once every 3-5 years.

everyone ready for giving tuesday? in my weird corner of reality (npic and music) i get more emails on GT than black friday or cyber monday. time to miss everything important wading through spam, but this year many are absolutely going to use LLMs to write their campaigns. bracing for dreck impact.
