Recently finished blanket made slowly over the past couple of years. The blanket was immediately placed at the end of my daughter’s bed to welcome her upon her return home after a few days away. It was greeted with such joy. I used beautiful nutiden that I had accumulated over time.

After following Miesje Chafer’s creative practice for a few years I recently joined her patreon & ordered some project kits. This beautiful parcel arrived Friday just in time for a weekend inside as the temperature soars. Looking forward to some joyful making & creativity

Another of my favourite cable knits 🧶 for #showmeyourknits - the Willa cardigan by @sari-nordlund.bsky.social I knit this a few years ago and it is one of my most worn cardigans. I love the slightly cropped length, beautiful cables and sleeves coming to a narrow cuff.

Lots of life and a little bit of knitting the past week. Making steady progress on @brooklyntweed.bsky.social Calderon cardigan. Am loving the texture in a small repeat. It has been a perfect summer project although I was tested by the heat when knitting outside in 30+degree heat

Recent cross country airplane journey accompanied by rows of garter stitch knitting the horizon shawl. Can be a bit nervous flying but having a meditative project and a podcast usually helps. What do you knit whilst flying?
