Lake Erie seiche has sloshed all the way to the east end and is rebounding back already. Graphs showing the water depth at Toledo and Buffalo respectively. Also a buoy on the east end showing 13 foot waves with winds gusting over 70 mph currently..... Surfs up!

The debrief from the USAF and NOAA flight crews on their missions into hurricane Melissa these past 24 hours should be really interesting. Are we reaching the point where some of these storms are no longer safe to fly into for these aircraft?
