No one tells you when you’ve hit the age you instinctively and unironically say “howdy,” it just happens.

I was kinda low energy physically and mentally all morning. But dragging myself to the for an intense hour of boxing, pushups and sit-ups really turned my mood and energy levels around.

"Jorge" shared this video from where he is hard at work pruning cherry trees in the Madera CA area. Pruning trees is hard work as holding these shears up all day long as you climb up and down ladders causes serious strain on workers' arms, shoulders and back. #WeFeedYou

I carry flashlight in commuter bag in case train ever stops unexpectedly and we get to walk thru tunnel to station. But they didn’t do that. Pulled front of train to station and made us walk thru the other cars to exit. So no BART spelunking adventure for me today.

Can't say I eat a lot of Campbell's soup but def keep some in the pantry. When you're in a pinch and a dish needs fat, sodium and pitch-perfect viscosity it'll do the job. It's the bail bondsman of food products, you'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
