While I'm talking about recently discovered characters I love, I'm almost done with my Locked Tomb reread and one of the biggest differences from the first time is how much I love Ianthe. I really slept on her the first time.

I just remembered when I finished Gundam Seed & wrote my impressions of it, knowing that my friend who got me into it disliked Cagalli but I ended up loving her a lot, me saying in my impressions post that I wasn't interested in debating her so let's just talk about the characters we both like-

The Tokyo Trans March was so uplifting! Random people on the sidewalks cheered for us when we went by. Parents with small children and people older than MY parents were there.

I'm rereading the Locked Tomb, but why did I think that made it a good idea to finally look at the tumblr tag. I knew that was the opposite of a good idea. All my guesses about the fandom are now no longer Schrodinger's Bad Take. They now exist.

I'm pretty accustomed to hating badly-written characters because we're told they're wonderful but shown they're not, but it feels weird that I've come to love a badly-written character because we're told they're horrible but shown they're not.
(They're from an obscure thing I haven't talked about)

Re: that last post. It's the 9 year anniversary. In case anyone wondered why I never mentioned having a rabbit. I talked about her all the time, it was just before I knew most of you. Aster was like my child. Rabbits are delicate and her death was sudden.

LRT This on my dash today... my rabbit's name was Aster and this is the anniversary of her death. That flower is a red spider lily, which I just learned the name of the other day because I saw some and asked my friend what they were called, which started a conversation about visiting graves
