I sincerely believe that a writer should be doing the thumbnails if only just to get an understanding of how much text and how many scene changes, establishing shots, and actions can reasonably happen on a page.

Halloween is coming up soon and I'm bracing myself for the posts on social media about people taking the whole bowl of candy.

I don't think people should do that but if you're going to be all laissez-faire about distributing candy don't be surprised when your anarchic Halloween methods backfire!

Went to my local GW store today for Beast Feast and ended up winning with this Nagash i painted over the last few weeks! Its my first IRL warhammer event win and I’m really proud of myself (also ignore the paper under him in the second pic that was to keep the magnet glue from frosting the board)

Last full day in Alabama. Ending a vacation, especially one so overdue, is bittersweet. It's been nice to visit my folks and get out of town for a while. I even got myself a souvenir at an antique store in town. But this time tomorrow, it's off to the airport and back to Florida.

Like, don't take this is an "all mutual aid posts are scams" thing, because I'm sure MOST such requests are 100% legit, but I've received like four different donation request DMs in the last week from people claiming their kids are "dying of autism", and I'm reasonably sure that's not how it works.

Fred Flentstone stands, hands on his hips, looking incredulously at Barney Rubble, who is at the corner of the panel barely visible. He appears to wearing tiny sunglasses. "C'mon Barn, what's with the getup? and what is that on your head?" Fred asks. "oh this, Fred?" We now see Barney is also wearing a black trench coat and smoking a cigarette. A small bird is taped to the side of his head. "Just the latest in cybernetic enhancement technology- wired right into my brain." The background dissolves and Barney stands next to a free floating diagram of a human body with several small birds going into it and says "we're entering a new age, Fred- the synthesis of man and machine as one flesh. This is the future. It's hack or be hacked." Fred looks incredulous. The bird pecks Barney. Barney puts his hands on his head and screams "the machines are turning against us! We have built God only for him to destroy us!" as the bird continues to peck at him.
