It’s miserable out there but my phone reminded me of a sunny Winter’s day 7 years ago today.

Was swimming in the North Sea and found these glowing sea gooseberries washed up.

I spent the morning putting them back in the water.

Don’t know if it helped but I couldn’t just leave them there.

Good night Moon,
Good night Beautiful Bluesky People 🤗

Another lovely shot of the rising moon, taken by the man, always by my side through life’s little adventures, as we were walking the dogs along the Tyne River in the dark.

Sleep well and sweet dreams. 🌖

The sky is a wonderful blue today, with the sun shining brightly.

Though it is brisk out, I’m full of energy to get things done when it is bright out.

Wishing you a great day. Happy Monday!

We are being incredibly relaxed today. Drinking coffee and chatting while we’re working on our puzzle.

Weather is a bit rubbish but we had a lovely little bimble with the dogs in the rain.

Dirty paws washed and all bundled together on the sofa watching telly.

Feels like were on a holiday.

Think the people further down the road, who left their vehicle partly blocking our driveway while away on a three week holiday, have finally returned. It’s made life so difficult and their own double width driveway was left completely empty. Hope they move it soon.

9 Years ago we wanted to do some Winter swimming at a 'hidden' beach near Little Orme near Llandudno, Wales,
but we thought there were too many other bathers there already.

Could hear voices echoing up the cliffs but couldn't see any people..then we noticed the boulders had faces.

🎄 The tree and lights are really cheering up a rather miserable looking evening. 🎄

Think we’re going to have a quietly boring little weekend - yay - just the way we like it. 😄

Hope you have a relaxing weekend too.

Sad to miss out on the last full moon of 2025. It was cloudy and raining last night. My lovely grumpy husband took this beautiful photo for me, early this morning, as he took the dogs out for their business and I still slept soundly in our warm bed.

Love can be expressed in many surprising ways.

Tonight the Cold Moon rises 🌕❄️

Known too as the Long Night Moon or the Moon Before Yule, it lifts into the deepening dark as we head toward the year’s longest nights.

It will be the last supermoon of 2025.

The Moon really glowed today over the valley at dusk.

Time for bed and so ready for a solid night’s sleep.

All worries and cares can wait till tomorrow.

Hope you all sleep soundly and sending positive vibes your way for tomorrow.

Beautiful morning for a walk in the park.

Tall trees casting long shadows in the winter sunlight.

Blue skies, sunshine and fresh air.

Hope you’re having a good day.

That special day of the year when I celebrate the fact that my Wonderfully Grumpy Husband was ever born by serving him breakfast in bed and spending a lovely day together.

Well it’s off to bed with me.

Been a busy couple of days and, though I swear I haven’t done anything to it, my bloody knee hurts like mad and wouldn’t support me going up the stairs just now.

The joys of getting older.

Hope a miracle will occur during the night.

Sleep tight 😴

Lovely day for a stroll around Ouseburn, Newcastle. Appreciating all the impressive architecture.

Stopped for some smashing scran at Bubba’s BBQ Smokehouse.

Now for a lazy afternoon.
Hope you’re having a good day.

This looks very interesting and I just happen to have 3 ripened quinces from my tree. 🤔

Picked up some nice looking puzzles at a local charity shop. 🧩

Should keep us entertained through the darker days of Winter.

Nature is full of life’s little joys.

On my walk with the dogs yesterday, we came across these beauties. The dogs were on their best behaviour, we could all just stand and watch each other quietly.

They were so lovely and just casually sauntered off between the trees, disappearing like mist.

It really is very beautiful out there this morning.

No matter what’s going on in my life, Nature can just instantly fill me with joy and wonder.

Good Morning!

Frosty start here and determined to be productive and positive today despite poor sleep.

Annoyed at a neighbour who parked inconsiderately infront of our house and now gone away on holiday or something. Their own double driveway completely empty.

Hope you’ll have a good day. 👋
