I don’t always feel like, big (especially when you have nights out where you see people who are walking around walls of muscle 😅) but I get the occasional comment like ‘wow you’ve been hitting the gym’ or ‘if I worked out I still couldn’t look like you’ and that’s… nice? Haha.

Took my mum for a sleep checkup and the doctor was telling her about a machine that could help with it and I chimed in with, “oh, a CPAP?”
He was all, “yeah! How do you know about that?”
I resisted going, “oh, I know bears.”
He was all, “yeah! How do you know about that?”
I resisted going, “oh, I know bears.”

How did people with phone anxiety manage during those years when texting wasn’t a thing/common?
Because I have friends who will just not pick up calls at all if they can help it and I’m thinking man I could not call you in an emergency…
