It's that time of year again. But more significantly, today is the 10th anniversary of my triple bypass cardiac surgery in 2014. I am grateful for the love and friendship of so many people still in my extended life - family, friends, colleagues... you know who you are. And I know where you live!

#LnD has been my profession and interest for over 35 years. #Astronomy a personal interest and pastime for about the same period. I find it interesting that I see far more astronomy and far less LnD posts and posters here, than I used to on Tw1tt3r. Where’s the rest of my UK LnD #tribe hanging out?

Seek to be better every day. Use your network, the internet, inspiration from a walk. Believe in a better way.
This is absolutely the same, with one new addition, use AI. The human condition is surely to seek progress, so keep walking onward.
