While both Edinburgh Northern & Edinburgh North Western are now straight up Scottish Lib Dem - SNP contests, we're determined to win across the Edinburgh & Lothian East region in #SP26!

Every vote for @scotlibdems.org.uk on the peach ballot is a vote with fairness at its heart 🧡
No matter where you are in Scotland, you can elect a Liberal Democrat MSP on the peach-coloured regional ballot next year.

Every vote for the Scottish Liberal Democrats on that ballot will deliver change with fairness at its heart.

Leith is one of Scotland's (& the UK's) most densely populated neighbourhoods with loads of people walking, using a wheelchair, pushing a pram, or cycling down/across Easter Road.

But many drivers I spoke to also want to see calming measures & improvements. www.deadlinenews.co.uk/2025/10/10/e...

We're very sorry to hear this news and are sending thoughts to his family and friends.

Menzies was incredibly well respected and a champion of diplomacy, human rights, and liberalism.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats are sad to announce the passing of Lord Menzies Campbell.

The thoughts of everyone in our party are with his family at this time.

I had an emotional tour of the new North Edinburgh Arts building in Muirhouse today with @sannedd.bsky.social. Since I was elected I have worked with NEA and the previous UK Gov to get funding they deserved. It was wonderful to see the result of the investment which is having such an impact.

Sanne is an amazing councillor in the constituency of Edinburgh Northern & would make a fantastic MSP!

Edinburgh Northern is a straight up contest between Lib Dem Sanne or the SNP.
We are proud to announce that Sanne Dijkstra-Downie will be 1st on our Edinburgh and Lothians East regional list!

If people in Edinburgh back the Liberal Democrats on the peach regional ballot, they will get strong local champions like Sanne who will fight their corner.

Thanks to the many residents who've been in touch with accessibility concerns on Leith Walk & Elm Row.

Piece-by-piece there are wee but significant changes planned, even if that means reviewing an Edinburgh-wide policy.

We live in a world where the US President has threatened tariffs and flirted with the idea of trade wars.

We must show Trump that the UK has alternatives and won’t be bullied into taking whatever he offers us- to do that, we need a closer, stronger relationship with Europe.
