Almost all creative art forms are shady in this matter. I know many game devs, artists, animators that will never see a slice of royalty for their creations, and it gets even worse when it gets out of the realm of their industry, like a show/movie adaptation.

Been really making an effort to not check social media over the weekend, and honestly it's been paying off. Less distraction, and got to enjoy visiting the roman "colony" of Nîmes.

This is sad... Rocksteady, NetherRealm, Avalanche and TT Games were already gutted in the past 3 years.

I lived through this buzzing from hell as well, and let me tell you, it's PTSD that I can't recover from, even after almost 10 years out of the region. Fireworks, car engine popping, airplanes flying low, all these sounds break something in me and reminds me how much Israel screwed us up.
In Lebanon. Can hear the Israeli drone constantly now. I’ve only been back for a day but folks here deal with it 24/7, for months. It’s psychological torture. You can even see it, just flying around. The Israelis want to let everyone know that they can kill whoever they want whenever they want.

Not related, but would like to mention that most of these "awards" events need the crowd to look busy like it's the Oscars of gaming, yet they share the nomination without enough time to even apply for a US visa to be there in person... So yeah, just call it the "US Ads Awards" at this point.
