I do not know why, but my kid uses imperial measures for everything except wild ass guesses, and then it is always metric 🤷

Load balancers and circuit breakers aren't very punk. 🤣🤣🤣

I am fairly certain that kube rate limiters are broken. I am not seeing anyone use custom informer handlers to avoid using work queue.Add, and doing this bypasses any delayed queue or rate limit that has been set. And if informers do call AddRateLimited, you get extra delay if you have lots of kids

Security shouldn’t be a trade-off. At Edera, we’re making real workload isolation possible: no shared kernel, no attack paths, no lateral movement. Now with $15M Series A to take it further.

We just raised $15M to transform cloud & AI security. Why? Because complex security is SO last season. 💅

Edera Protect Suite is giving you isolation eleganza, AI security excellence, and cloud savings that will make your CFO SLAY. 💁‍♀️

I am afraid to announce: I now hear the balatro music all the time. I have to check if I left it open or just stuck in my head. It is just stuck. Could be worse!

Reminder that this is prime time for fraudulent fundraiser campaigns trying to catch some of the desire to help our friends in LA. Do your research before sending money.

Folks that work from home: How do you stay connected to the culture of the company? Are you doing something specific? Are you feeling left out sometimes? Do you post ponies on US holidays?

I am finding a disconnect between what I think is interesting and should be built vs where the money is in our industry and I have a theory... Tech people build tech. You have a hard time selling tools to tech people because they build them. The money comes from selling magic to the non-technical.

And now we start doing the new scary but necessary things, like cold-emailing companies to ask for the opportunity to ask them about their Kubernetes pains. This product market is not going to fit itself 😅

Excited to end 2024 for #DockerSlim on a high note making lazy loading containers approachable and introducing the ability to run containers anywhere (any local container runtime, many remote container runtimes). If you are interested in either DM/email/Discord/Slack(in CNCF)

I have been watching some of the movies that I loved as a kid and it is fun to see if they live up to what I remembered about them. I give batteries not included a B, not as good as I remember. But short circuit 2 SLAPS! SO GOOD. And then funny enough I never saw Short Circuit as a kid. It was ok
