Say what you will about Ea-Nasir, but he sure as hell would never violate 18 U.S.C. § 1519 by failing to preserve any "any record, document, or tangible object" potentially subject to federal investigation.

I am not interested in rounding up to the nearest dollar so CVS can get a tax write-off for contributing to charity, but I would pay $20 extra to have somebody punch the CEO in the face.
