White House claims Venezuela's Maduro is a member of a foreign terrorist organization. Couldn't Venezuela make the same claim about Trump or Hegseth given that they're blowing boats out of the water and killing dozens with no declaration of war or disclosed proof of drug trafficking?

Trump says many "many great legal scholars" say the decorated veteran Democratic Members of Congress who told troops not to obey illegal orders committed a serious crime. The Fuhrer uses this dodge a lot, but he never seems to name who these scholars and experts are.
