I believe ranchers prospered because of their own hard work, fight, and sacrifice. We all know that what’s harming ranchers more than anything is bad tariff policy.

As the federal government shutdown approaches its one-month mark, DHS warned on Wednesday that Arkansans “should prepare for a possible delay or disruption" in SNAP benefits in November if the standoff continues much longer.

Also Oct. 21, the local Head Start notified parents they would be closing Oct. 31. They don’t have the federal funding to continue. This is on top of the state cutting daycare vouchers because of federal cuts.
