El Parlamento Europeo apoya retrasar un año más la ley contra la deforestación - Climática, el medio especializado en clima y biodiversidad
El PP europeo y la ultraderecha se vuelven a unir en contra de una normativa medioambiental en el Parlamento Europeo. Salvo sorpresa en las negociaciones con los Estados miembros y la Comisión, el reglamento contra la deforestación se volverá a retrasar por segundo año consecutivo.

A new piece of mine is now out on Verfassungsblog, where I examine the newest abortion-related ECtHR judgment in A.R. v. Poland. The case shows how women become the primary victims of legal instability, bearing the highest costs of the rule of law crisis.
When Poland’s Constitutional Court struck down abortion due to fetal defects, it withheld publication of the ruling for 3 months.

As I argue in The Language of Climate Politics: we are stuck not because climate politics are polarized, but because they’re UNIFIED (across the right and center-left) on the lie that we can keep using oil and gas but still deal with climate change anyway.
