What if Lou Gehrig hadn’t gotten sick? If he’s healthy, he gets his 500th home run by the end of 1939, and likely reaches 3,000 hits before he turns 40. I truly believe he would’ve been the first player to reach both milestones.

Easily in the top five ToughPigs memories for me, maybe even top three. He could’ve just kept walking, but he took the time to thank us for coming, and that was really touching.
