My car that I have had for more than 13 years and in which I clocked up nearly 190,000 miles has gone for auction. Sadly, she was showing her age and needed money spending on her. When she'd been valued at just 150 quid, keeping her was no longer an option.

I gave up on the beta blockers after I went for a walk on a Cumbrian fell side. I felt very wobbly getting kit out of my camera bag. I checked my Garmin data when I got home. When I was out for my walk, my pulse dropped to 35 bpm! Bugger that for a game of soldiers!

I woke this morning to find a cat was not on the quilt by my feet, but UNDER the quilt by me feet. I think it was claws in my feet that woke me.🙀
