Die Tatsache das Assets für den Schutz des Kreml etc verschwendet werden macht es einfacher Infrastruktur, militärisch/industrielle Ziele auszuschalten. Die Weite des Kolonialreiches macht es heutzutage anfällig gegen strategische Luftschläge. Und das ist gut so. Make Moskovia small again.

Dazu kommt, dass der Kreml UNESCO Weltkulturerbe ist. Nur weil die Russen sich im Ausland nicht an Regeln halten muss man das nicht nachmachen. Sofern sich dort nicht Putin mit seiner Creme de la Creme aufhält, gibt es andere Ziele, denen der rote Hahn wunderbar steht.
