Ages ago (2006) one of my father’s model cities (the city of Troy) was featured in a @geicogecko.bsky.social commercial!

I bought two of these and am deadly curious whether they work. Apparently, they work using “bone conduction technology”.

What’s funny about this is the Toronto Police are the exact opposite. They would thank the public for making the vehicle that much easier to steal without a confrontation. 😁🤷‍♀️🤣
Last winter they literally told people to make their keys more “accessible” to car thieves. And they weren’t even joking! 🤣

It’s an orange cat. I’m not sure what kind of dog it is, but it looks like a large puppy with a black base and tan spots on its neck, paws, and tummy.

Just some silly Oscar pics I’ve taken recently. I love that I can walk down the hall to see Oscar staring lazily at me. He’s just too funny.

Our cat, Oscar, is laying on a dresser next to our bedroom door. All you can see is the upper half of his head, about four feet from the ground. He’s hilarious! Oscar is a base white adult male cat with orange spots on his ears and near his nose. He has green eyes that are looking at me with a lazy air about him.

Similar to the other image of Oscar’s head in the doorway, except now his little nose is showing.
On the cat steps to the bed behind Oscar is Athena, sitting primly. Oscar’s head is blocking her head, but you can see her tortoise shell body.

Oscar is sleeping deeply on the shelf in the washroom. His right front arm is hanging down and his head is tucked against the vertical side bar. There is a green hair twist on the shelf to help keep Oscar from falling off. Rather safe than sorry.

Well, it’s been a while! I had to take a social media hiatus but I’m back!
A lot has happened lately but nothing unmanageable. Which is a bonus!
We’ve been in upgrade mode lately, which of course includes cat accessories!
For anyone in need of a kitten pick me up, I’ve got you! 😻😻😹😹

Athena is a Tortoise shell cat who loves to blep. This is a close up of her sweet kitten face as she sticks out just a tiny bit of her tongue.

Artemis is cat napping in her new circular bed. She’s a base tan torbie cat with a bunch of black and tan stripes throughout her fur.

This is Felix, an all grey barn cat with a love of food. He’s fluffy and has taken over our bed as he enjoys a little snooze.

Here’s a photo of our late cat Willow, who was a silver Egyptian Mau. He’s snuggling with Oscar, who is a mostly white cat with orange spots on his head near the ears, by the right side of his nose (which is away from the camera) and his tail is orange. Willow was so excited to have cats to snuggle! He is missed every day (he passed away in 2017).

I’m watching the new South Park & now I’m considering starting my own revolutionary company.

It seems one thing the world hasn’t seemed to have really harnessed is the idea of #PickYourOwnPot Farms.

We can pick cherries, strawberries, apples, & other things but not pot.🤷‍♀️⚖️😃

We were watching tonight’s episode of #GordonRamseysSecretService and he highlighted an Ethiopian custom that is so deeply and truly beautiful.

It’s called “Gursha” and it specifically refers to the act of feeding a bite to someone else as a “symbol of love.

I adore that custom! How very kind!❤️

I’ve just barely delved into my new Fiona Horne Book: The Lost Book Of Spells.
Mind you, this is her personal lost BOS from her original website that a close friend of hers rediscovered hiding in the annals of the interwebs.
Which reminded me of one of the first online BOS’s I ever stumbled upon.
