The last 6 months have been a shit show. Government programs are being gutted rapidly. Incompetence reigns as partisan hacks fire qualified civil servants, make life harder/more expensive for average Americans, all while destroying whatever faith we had in our systems. Don’t give up. Keep fighting.

It’s been an exhausting first week of this administration. Do not despair and do not give up hope! It’s a strategy to overload and shock our systems. They want us to give up. They want us apathetic. Step back when you need to and take time for your mental health, but fight as you’re able.

We can be outraged by the Congo, Sudan, and elsewhere. However American taxpayers are funding the bombs and the genocide in Gaza and Congress roles out the red carpet for the war criminal responsible. Not sure why you guys are so pissy that we don’t want to FUND slaughter.

Im a protest organizer in my red small town. About half our protesters are people in their 20s-40s and the other half is 60+. We have several wheelchair and mobility scooter users who join us, along with older veterans. Hard to argue we’re a bunch of radials or degenerates when you see it yourself.
