The HHS report on gender affirming care released it's updated report showing they stacked its authors with anti-trans hate-group affiliated members, several of whom aren't even doctors with any sort of clinical experience. They selected their own ideologically friendly peer reviewers.

MAGA is currently trying to distract from Trump/Epstein by fabricating that the Trump shooter was trans. They cite that his DeviantArt profile allegedly had "they/them" pronouns despite the fact that legacy users w/o a gender selected automatically had "they/them" assigned to their profiles.

A non-negotiable for Democrats in the 2028 primaries is that they must promise to expand and reform the court. The Supreme Court has lost all legitimacy to rule and it needs to be completely overhauled. Nothing less would be an abject failure and acquiescence to Republican ratfucking of the court.
SCOTUS has granted a stay in Trump v. Orr, the trans passport case, meaning that the government will be able to once again deny gender marker changes to trans passport applicants.
This is a terrible decision with horrifying consequences for trans folks.
