Ppl wondering about ambiguity bomb in "Summary of changes" doc for Discovery Program fellowships👇

I interpret as 'statements in prev Guidelines about caps on # of FTs & DEs (100 & 200) have been removed', not 'the caps themselves have been removed'.

Anyone clarified w/ ARC?

@arc-tracker.bsky.social heya, wondering if you have any take/scoop/goss as to what the removal of successful application caps from FT (100) and DE (200) guidelines might mean?

Recently, outcomes announcements have tended to happen at/around 11am Canberra time.

My bot will pick up the announcement in RMS’s database and post immediately.

Good luck!

To those prepping 2026 Discovery Projects EOIs while still waiting on 2025 outcomes:

I don't know when they'll be released. I'm sorry.

Remember, ARC *planned* this. Planned outcomes for 20–29Nov & 13Dec EOI deadline.

They knew ~500 teams would now be wasting time prepping EOIs.

I am dreading having to drop things to hurriedly prep a new EOI if my outcome is unsuccessful this year, but I simply refuse to waste my own time in this way by prepping another EOI — don’t forget we’ve all written two rounds of applications for our projects to get to this point.

Congrats to @bluesky for all the new users

My 2 cents. Find every news source the has an RSS feed or equivalent and create accounts that that show their public deeds on here under @johndoetimesfeed

That way we all get access to news without having to wait for them to create accounts first.
