Orient fan, for my sins. #LOFC
I'm sure it's purely due to it being Day 1 of the exclusive period for winning the ballot but my word, there were loads of tickets left for England vs Sri Lanka at the Oval next year.

Take your pick on the seats.

England from 2013-2022 in Australia: Bowlers can't rest because the batters keep getting out too quickly.

England in 2025 in Australia: Bowlers can't rest because the batters keep getting out too quickly, but at least Gus Atkinson or Brydon Carse might hit a six every now and then.

Here’s your random Orient connection for the World Cup.

Haiti’s manager Sebastien Migne was on the books for the 97-98 season. #lofc

If you’re going to qualify for a World Cup for the first time since 1998, scoring an overhead kick goal and a goal from the halfway line is how to do it.

A MIGHTY effort from Scotland.

Ireland stealing a play-off spot at the death and Scotland scoring overhead kicks.

When international breaks want to be mad, they are INSANE.

Two career-threatening ACL surgeries and 21 months on the sidelines. I never, ever thought the prospect of Theo Archibald playing in an Orient shirt again would be a reality.

Sensational news to hear he’s signed up again for the season! #lofc

If Richie is off, you fleece Luton for every single parachute payment pound you can get your hands on.

We ALL know they’re not skint. #lofc

UEFA have completely bottled it. They claim it doesn’t set a precedent but it blatantly does.
The proof that UEFA is dead against staging domestic league games abroad is that is has just authorised (albeit "reluctantly") two of them to take place. "War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength". via @tariqpanja.bsky.social

Having war flashbacks to Carl Fletcher’s Orient tenure.

Just another 6 days Ange…
Pressure already growing on Ange Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest ahead of Newcastle on Sunday.

Owner Evangelos Marinakis still wants it to work, having hired Postecoglou for his attacking style. But he’s also not afraid to be cut-throat.🌳

Sources: Ange Postecoglou's future as Nottingham Forest boss is in doubt after 24 days, with a potential replacement admired.

Marc Marquez’s career was in tatters after that Jerez crash. He could’ve VERY easily called it a day then and be one of the best to do it.

Now he’s world champion again and confirmed himself as *the* best to do it. #MotoGP

If Lando Norris doesn’t make the most of this race now Piastri is out, he’s not winning the title. #F1

I've seen some outrageous shithousery with Orient over the years.

The manager's son scoring an injury time winner might be the greatest. That's unbelievable. #lofc

That could be a championship killer. That is so, so cruel on Lando Norris. #F1

Mansfield charging £30 for a ticket for the away game next Saturday.

That is vile for League One football, and so many (including Orient) are culpable. #lofc

Football governance is an absolute shambles.

Crystal Palace earned that EL spot on merit, and they’ve been robbed of it because of multi-club ownership when they weren’t even under it. An utter mess.
CAS confirms Crystal Palace will take part in the Conference League, not the Europa League.

Silver lining: should they be able to hold on to their best players (and their manager), they have a genuine chance to win it. *Should*.

Regulator or not, heads have got to roll at the FA and EFL over this. They’ve allowed another Bury situation to arise.

Action should’ve been taken years ago to prevent this.
Today's latest at Morecambe: prospective buyers, Panjab Warriors, who gave Jason Whittingham untold millions on a handshake deal for the club have now joined with fans groups to, in effect, publicly campaign for him to sell them the club they thought they'd bought.

When Bury went under, everyone agreed this must never happen again.

Six years on, and less than a week after the Football Regulator Bill was signed into law, and it's about to happen again.
Morecambe's final pre-season friendly was supposed to be tomorrow against Lancaster City. It has now been cancelled, which means Morecambe may already have played their last game.

At this point, it's not unreasonable to rename Wembley after Sarina Wiegman.

Joe Root has scored that against India alone. #ENGvIND
