Summary: It's just Viktor's luck that the man who lets him hitchhike on their horse is a pervert.

Was Viktor suffering from heat stroke or was that sexy olive-skinned man with a nice beard stopping just to let him hitch a ride on his horse? Viktor was starting to get thirsty, especially when the man hopped off his horse. Viktor (narration): It was a surprise to both of us that we had survived.

V: We each had our theories:

V: I believed that we were scattered within the arcane itself, adrift in its current like leaves down a river. Our physical forms were perhaps mere illusions held together by memory.

Viktor (narration): Jayce believed that we were reconstructed as best as the Hexcore understood how.
