Mind you, this isn't a default win for every emulator. PSP had such a small screen size that it kinda needs upscaling. And PS2 just looks fuzzy at native resolution, the same kinda result you'd get from hooking up a PS2 to a HD television, which was never recommended.

So idk. Case by case basis?

I have become a native resolution with scanlines guy

(Honestly the scanlines might be a little much but I am enjoying them for now)

I blame @jon.gvg.io for making me re-assess the merits of upscaling games when you could just make them look how they used to and it's less jank
