@zackpolanski.bsky.social was great on #bbcqt last night. Would have loved to see him turn to Zia at this point and ask him, as a man with over £30 million in wealth if he'd do the patriotic thing and pay the Green party's 1% tax or if he'd prefer to protect his massive wealth & leave the country.
“Why is it always hard choices for working-class communities — not for multimillionaires and billionaires?”

The Labour Party are bought and paid for.

Lobbying, cash for access, vested interests. This is who they are.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Would be v excited if Disney announced a season 2 of the astonishingly good Alien Earth but would respect Noah Hawley even more if they just left it there for us to finish the story ourselves

Seems like a pretty good attack line to me
Liberal Democrat Health Spokesperson Helen Morgan:

"Nigel Farage wants to impose Trump's dangerous anti-science agenda here in the UK. Peddling this kind of nonsense is irresponsible and wrong.

"It seems Farage would rather see pregnant women suffer in pain than stand up to his idol Donald Trump."

Seriously. A one-hour Party Political Broadcast. Followed at the top of the next hour with top story billing and a highlights package.

Exactly how will this be "balanced" across their coverage?

Where is Ofcom? Where is Nandy?
For 56 minutes Sky News and BBC News interrupted everything else and carried a Reform UK feed live, uninterrupted, unchallenged. The stream spluttered, froze, pixelated - dozens of times - still they stuck with it. FOR ONE HOUR.

This is an editorial choice. No other party gets this coverage. ~AA
