アイスランドエアでボストン→ケプラヴィーク、5時間フライト、可もなく不可もなくサービスもない。時差は4時間。
レンタカーはbudget。アメリカの免許証のみで借りられた。なぜかマニュアル車で予約を取られて変更で追加で費用を取られた。保険は飛び石でガラスに傷がついたりしやすいので全て加入した方が無難。5日間で350ドル程度追加された。
運転はアメリカと同じだが、信号が少なくラウンドアバウトだらけ。街中の路駐はレイキャビク以外なら無料が多いがそれ以外は有料、機械かアプリで前払い。観光スポットはほとんど1日分（1000ISK）の駐車料金が必要で入場料の代わりみたいなもの。

Providence市内でPreschool探し。午前、週3とかで＄400～500/monthくらい。フルタイムだと＄1500/month前後。フルタイムにすると家賃とPreschoolの費用で収入がなくなる。
