A mantra from yoga class has been echoing all week. I heard it on the same day someone called me “decadent, sitting there in the sun” (which never happens in London), so maybe it’s a sign. “Treat yourself like someone you love.” 💗

I’m scheduled for a little routine surgery on the 13th, which means I’ll be taking it easy until mid-January.
