Never in the history of the US has any president openly and repeatedly called for the investigation, arrest & prosecution of his political opponents. While many continue to shrug these things off and normalize them, I will never stop pointing out that this is what autocrats do.
The President wants to use the military to crack down on Americans who are exercising their 1st Amendment rights to oppose him. I can’t think of a better reason to insist on exercising those rights.
Every day, the criminal gangster in the WH shatters norms and practices and ignores the Constitution and laws, while Republicans in Congress join him as co-conspirators. Did any Republican senators speak up about this? Hell no. Cowards all. Vote every one out that you can.
