I'm not important and don't really matter. My group is not important and matters as much as I do. Our words stand on their own. Citing authorities as support for a position is logic fault. Think for yourself.

Your 'it’s who our government is for' says your government is, well, yours.

So, if you don't know who your government is for, then who does know?

If a) you do know who your government is for and b) you don't like it, then change it.
Remember: The fundamental issue isn’t the size of the government or how to make government more “efficient.”

It’s who our government is for.

Should it work mainly for big corporations and billionaires — or for the rest of us?
'Trickle Down' is a trick only because most, if not all, enterprises that receive 'Trickle Down' benefits are Pareto Optimal.

Alleviate the Pareto Optimal factor, and 'Trickle Down' should work as advertised, assuming all other socio-economic-political factors are as they should be.
Citizenship shouldn't be a requirement to vote.

Residency? Yes.

Citizenship? No.
We say probably not.

USAians are suckers for GOPer blame game propaganda.

Ergo, USAians will just be more pissed at DEMers than they already are.
Is your '100% explained well' intended sarcasm?

If so, see Poe's Law.
The context here, given the comment we respond to, is the 'dropping of a nuke', not the fragging of an alleged drug runner.
Consider Daniel Webster, the historical one, not the present day GOPer one, or Patrick Henry, the historical one as well.
'So dangerous'!?!?

More dangerous than any of Trump's other threats?
Trump (any POTUS) is a true bit player as re the dropping of a bomb operation, even a nuke.

Ergo, that Trump may want to drop a bomb shouldn't keep you up at night.

However, that there are USAians who would, on Trump's orders, actually do the dropping probably should keep you up at night.
Your comment suggests, we respectfully offer, you don't fully know what 'the codes' do and don't do.
Removing 'able-bodied young men without dependents' off Medicaid programs is fair.

However, claiming 'we eliminated the fraud, waste, and abuse' as a result is overstatement.

Also, how much over-inclusion occurred, i.e., removal of non-'able-bodied young men without dependents'?
Mike Johnson: "With Medicaid, we eliminated the fraud, waste, and abuse. We got able-bodied young men without dependents off the program. They were never intended to be there. They're sitting around on their couches playing video games. Yes, that's an actual study."
A view from outside USA: Change 'Donald Trump' and the 'he' pronouns relating to Trump to 'USA'/'USAians' and you've pretty accurately described the situation.

Reason: USAians elected Trump, USAians allow Trump to stay in office, and USAians could remove Trump from office if they desired.

Cheers,
No matter where you stand on what he’s doing with tariffs or deportations or anything else, we can ALL agree that Donald Trump is an utterly horrible human being. He is the absolute worst of us.👇
We say before Mr. Nichols or anyone gets their knickers in too tight a bunch or starts screaming 'the sky is falling', they best figure out what Trump really means when he says what he says.

Also, USA's nukes are tested, examined, validated constantly and USA's DoD doesn't have nukes to test.
We defined it for you.

You still confused?

Or, you trying to pound sand for sport?
While 'a people who would allow ... ' may indeed deserve to live under tyranny, it's your job to make sure they a) don't live in conditions of tyranny and b) live in conditions of justice, domestic tranquility, common defense, general welfare, and liberty.
A people who would allow a president to ignore all proper procedures, rules, norms, and laws and unilaterally demolish a third of the people’s house and build a palace on the grounds of the people’s house is a people who deserve to live under tyranny.
Change 'the GOP owns all of this' to 'USAians own all of this' and you're accurate.

Don't, and your petty partisanship is causing you some myopia.
My rage tonight at Trump CHOOSING to stop SNAP benefits and continue to deny paychecks to USG families is incandescent. The cruelty knows no bounds. The dereliction of duty is so dark. The GOP owns all of this. This is their choice.
California police boost patrols at grocery stores as millions set to lose SNAP benefits
Here's why: Democracy.

Those who find democracy important, desirable, etc. would do it.

Those who find democracy a bother, not important, etc. would not do it.

Those who find faux-democracy more useful than the real thing would not do it either.

... Legislatures.

Just need 38 to agree/ratify.

NB: Very few, if any limits, re what your Petition can do with Trump, office of POTUS, etc.

So, write wisely.

Come on Walsh, grow up.

Saying 'this is impeachable' is equivalent to an pissing into the wind exercise.

Unwise to do either.

Here's what you can do: Write an Art. V Petition. Visit said Petition with all your buds. You and all your buds then visit said Petition to the State ...
This is wrong. This is the weaponization of justice. This is an abuse of power. This is impeachable. This behavior of Trump’s must never be normalized. Never.👇
Never in the history of the US has any president openly and repeatedly called for the investigation, arrest & prosecution of his political opponents. While many continue to shrug these things off and normalize them, I will never stop pointing out that this is what autocrats do.
Does this help:

'Election calculus' includes, isn't limited to, the definition of a vote, the votes tabulated, and the threshold of tabulated votes necessary to being elected.
Wild? We say yes.

Racial profiling? We say maybe.

Being hysterical? We don't disagree.

That said, what is unconstitutional about an extremely non-invasive approach, means, method, etc. to ascertaining status?
'Counted', as in being tabulated though immaterial to an election outcome, and 'counts', as in being material to an election outcome, are unrelated.

Yes - Determining the number of 'did not vote' not that difficult.

Ergo, incorporating that factor into election calculus not that difficult.
Besides the fact no such thing as '1st Amendment rights' (loose language at best), no one knows the limits of protected speech, and the limits can change, what, in your view, does the exercising of protected speech look like and to what end?
The President wants to use the military to crack down on Americans who are exercising their 1st Amendment rights to oppose him. I can’t think of a better reason to insist on exercising those rights.
If you vote out every GOPer (DEMers too), from where are you gonna get replacements who have more compass and mettle than the ones you vote out?

And, that assumes 1) USAians with compass and mettle even exist, 2) you can get them to seek office, and 3) their effort successful.

Sincere inquiry.
Every day, the criminal gangster in the WH shatters norms and practices and ignores the Constitution and laws, while Republicans in Congress join him as co-conspirators. Did any Republican senators speak up about this? Hell no. Cowards all. Vote every one out that you can.
