Please stop answering calls and texts from your bank. If you get a call or text from your bank. Stop clicking links. Call the bank directly with the # on back of your card or on your app to verify it was them. So many people are getting thousands of dollars stolen from their accounts.

Yes a random senator made up that rumor and everyone ran with it. Some states can’t access, however the press secretary tweeted that they are aware of the issue & it does not have to do with the freeze and payments are going out as normal. It will be back up and running soon.

The federal pause on loans and grants will NOT affect food stamps, welfare, medicare, social security or other programs going directly to individuals as per the White House press secretary. The fate of programs like head start, student loans etc. are still up in the air.
