Just home, had a scheduled fully body MRI at 07.30 this morning. Also, today is three years to the day since I had my triple heart bypass. I am 5 years in full remission from CMLeukaemia. I am in the gym 5 days a week and 70 next birthday. I am so thankful to be alive and loving my family.

Proud to announce that a 17 year old Evertonian got the Silver medal at the Sweden Masters National Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships in Gothenburg today in the juvenile -89kg class. His Scouse arl fella is very proud of him.

Beyond absurd. It’s extreme authoritarianism. These police should be arresting rapists & crooks, not neglecting those duties to spend time arresting citizens standing against genocide.
