Thing about #Nightreign is- and I think this is why it's so divisive and chaps a lot of peoples' asses - is that it's celebrating the combat gameplay of Souls games, non-stop. I think #EldenRing pulled in a lot of new players and A LOT of new players do not play Elden Ring for just the combat...

I brush my teeth because the hell of an unbrushed mouth is unmanageable and unfathomable to deal with. I can tune out while it's being done.

#DarkSouls III - besides #Sekiro ...because it's Sekiro - is the one #soulsborne game where I get, sigh/groaning anxiety about moving onto the next area from wherever I'm at. Like, I don't feel good about any area that I visit or what I have to do in whatever area. It's all oppressively dour.
