I forgot how good FALLEN ANGEL(1945) is. Even better on a rewatch! Linda Darnell is indelible, and Dana Andrews is always iconic, but I hadn't remembered how good Alice Faye was in a rare dramatic role, or the great Charles Bickford. A superlative noir!
