He is desperately trying to pry the tentacle off his neck with one hand, while his other hand reaches out towards a pistol lying on a barrel. I recently watched "The third man" and it's great! I can see why it's considered a classic masterpiece. And for artists, there are a lot of beautiful shots for inspiration.

Not enough I called my body fat, feeding it years of daily fears and unrest. I called my body weak, rushing through rough roads and higher dreams. I called my body not enough just for being one perfect piece of an imperfect me.

This poem is a mantra for me in challenging times. I feel it's very hard to stay in the present moment and stick to my daily routine no matter how I feel and what happens.

Going through therapy I realised I had many unhealthy beliefs, for example I feared if I am too happy I'd be punished somehow and something bad will happen. This poem is about all the worries that creep up when I start giving in to my fears.

I think love is all about the small moments, quiet walks in the park just holding hands or lazy Sunday mornings. This poem is about all the spaces that love fills in our journey together.

A poem about my experience with friendship. I hope we all find people willing to share their umbrella in stormy times.

This is a very personal poem, about my own childhood, and how children see and feel things differently. It is part of a series I did called "The girl with the red umbrella" and it felt liberating to put these memories into words and images.
