I can't imagine anyone being a horror fan and not at least appreciating the original Halloween for its impact.

Focusing on the theme itself -- songs like Thriller or Monster Mash may also be holiday staples, but the Halloween's theme will forever be THE song.

My dad married my stepmom and had my brother. My dad and stepmom divorced and are both now dead. I still visit the family.

And that family is still my grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins. No legal connection. Just blood through a half-brother.
