Robert cut off her credit cards, so she kept borrowing money from friends and was humiliated. He spent all the $ on Cheryl, who was taking the kids to their hangouts and putting them on FB to humiliate her. If she didn't think she did anything wrong, she wouldn't have deleted them after Mary died
