We are proud to announce a database that tracks misconduct and abuse by ICE and CBP immigration agents with over 60 different categories tracked including excessive use of force, constitutional violations and sadistic behavior. We plan to keep it current and backfill ones missed earlier in the year.

The day afterwards his wife became a U.S. citizen -- which, probably without coincidence, would have made his case even stronger. Outrageously, he was moved to a facility in El Paso, TX, 1500 miles away.
