I did a shit load of walking today at #turtlebackzoo as a chaperone for my daughter's field trip, and topped the day off with a full body steady state session with the wife and then a mini strength training workout. I'd call that a pretty good day!

- Eat your meals within a 6-hour window
- 30 mins of brisk walking every morning
- Drink some caffeine before you train
- Know your daily calorie expenditure. Eat less than this.
