I am so glad that Ontario is getting this. Ghosting was always one of my biggest stressors when job hunting in Ontario. I should expect to be respectfully told I am not being hired instead of having my time wasted. Potential employees, hired or not, are not cattle.

If you have interviewed for a job they are legally required to inform you if they hire someone else or close the position.

So, on Tuesday I was diagnosed with Lumbar and Thoracic Spondylosis. So I am doing six weeks of physical therapy to help. This also means I am taking medical leave from my job.

I am sick for the first time since the COVID pandemic started. I don't have COVID based on the tests, but whatever I do have sucks. 5 years of constantly wearing a mask indoors (except when eating) and vaccinations did help. I don't know how I got this, but I am grateful it wasn't the worse option.
