Watching that show week by week in the 90's was incredible. First, I had to hunt that show, it finally ended up at 1:00 am on Sunday. Second, once The Coming of Shadows aired I went, "OK, this is Lord of the Rings in outer space." I can't watch Sleeping In Light without tearing up.

100% correct. I didn't have room in the skeet to note there's a quick blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment during his tirade where he pauses for a small cough, and just for a moment his facade slips away. He knows it's BS. For this to end up with him on the throne with a Keeper, holy crap, what a story.

Something I find fascinating about Londo in this episode is we see his reaction during the bombing of Narn - he's horrified. Then, it's almost as if he's a completely different person during his address to the assembled diplomats. Somewhere offscreen he made the choice to go all in.
