We are so tired of wasting hours doomscrolling, having trouble falling asleep cuz we are wired still, repeating the same tasks but not actually getting anything done - yet we aren’t focusing on the root source of all the dysregulation.

It’s not sexy to say, but we have to do the work.

The only time I was a charge nurse was during the pandemic. I ran our co^!d unit. It was ROUGH.
This! I keep coming in a couple mins late on accident because I was disassociating in my car before clocking in 😂💗
You’re allowed to outgrow survival mode. Your nervous system deserves regulation and frankly, you do too.

Right now we need more hydration, more nervous system regulation, more grounding, more breathwork, more meditation, more intention.
Here’s your reminder that “nervous system regulation” is about your ability to switch between nervous system states as appropriate, not your ability to stay calm in situations that should disturb you. it’s about cultivating a baseline of safety you can return to AFTER being disturbed. 🧘🏻‍♀️
