I love working with alpaca yarns. They are sustainable, considered hypoallergenic for most, and so so soft. One of my top 5 personal favorite fibers.
Only problem is that dyeing them makes the whole studio (and house) smell like a petting zoo.
Anyway, met these babes yesterday. Dyeing now…

Peck’s Purple is named in honor of our favorite yarn pusher Susan at our LYS, Knitique Yarns. She is a purple person through and through and was a big supporter of us opening the studio so we wanted to immortalize her in a colorway. 🧶
