Let me hope too that 2026 is the year I actually make an effort to find an agent (because I'm acting as if I'll randomly find them inside my closet one day) and get to draw more picture books.

I have been part of many different communities during the last 10 years, but I have never seen a community that's more welcoming, beautiful, kind and humble than the #kidlit community, I'm genuinely impressed and I feel warm around all these sweet people.

Having a wish to taste a fish is achievable. But going on a fishing trip with a bear + big hunger & very little patience = a fishy disaster.
